DICYDE – Digital Citizenship and Youth Democracy Education

The Project DICYDE – Digital Citizenship and Youth Democracy Education) is an Erasmusplus project (Action Type KA210-SCH – Small-scale partnerships in school education Reference No: 2021-1-IT02-KA210-SCH-000032403). There are 3 partners: the coordinator AUSE Associazione Universitaria di Studi Europei (University Association of European Studies, Italy), the Polskie Stowarzyszenie Badan Wspolnoty Europejskiej (Polish European Community Studies Association/ ECSA -Poland) and the Liceul Technologic Economic, Elina Matei Basarab” (Technologic economic School, Elina Matei Basarab” Romania).

DICYDE aims at achieving a strong improvement of civic education and of digital citizenship of the students in the European secondary schools. There will be a higher qualification of the teachers, an effective teaching work, and a commitment for the development of the competences of the students in democratic participation. We adopt inclusive strategies, fostering awareness of European dimension and mutual understanding. Partners produce new effective strategies (Guidelines for teachers and Learning Teaching Training Activities for teachers and students) and educational tools (the European Handbook).
